3. To access bays 1 through 4:

a. If the drive that you are installing has removable

media, remove the bay panel from the drive bay

by using a flat-blade screwdriver to pry the tab

on the left edge of the panel, as shown.

b. Remove the top cover by using a flat-blade

screwdriver to release the tab on the left edge,

as shown.

c. Disconnect the power and signal cables attached

to the drives in the upper drive bracket.

Note

If an additional cable (audio) is connected to

the CD-ROM drive, also disconnect that

cable.
